Ashita started his food & service career at the Intercontinental 5-Star Hotel in 2000. He then continued his career at Sri Lanka Air Catering. He moved to Canada in the year 2007 and became Normandâ€™s Bistro Chef in 2012. He is creative and loves to create different lunch and dinner specials every day.
Located in the heart of downtown inside the Citadel Theatre. Opened in August 2012.
